1. How long does it take for the products to reach me?

We usually process your orders in 2-4 working days, after dispatching it takes 7-9 days to reach you. There might be delays in deliveries considering the current situation of India.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a mail with your tracking details and courier partner..

3. What will be the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will be INR 65/- per order for India and INR 3000/- per order rest of the world.

4. Who is your logistics partner?

We use Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Speed Post to send all our orders depending upon the pin code of your city. .

5. Is my invoice inclusive of taxes?

As we are a GST registered firm, 3% taxes will be added on the checkout page.

6. Can my order be cancelled if I don’t need it anymore?

Once made the full payment, order can’t be cancelled in any case.

7. Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes, it can be exchanged only in case of damage in transit, but for that, we need an unboxing video of the package right from opening the parcel till the end, no cuts and joins in the video will be entertained. You can share the video on vpstore117@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the replacement is not in stock, refund will be initiated once we receive the package in perfect condition. We will not process returns cancellations or refund for the following-

• Reasons like product is big or small or heavy or long. We take all efforts to take clear pictures.
• Minor design variations or color changes-All items are completely handcrafted; thus, they can be a minor variation in each piece.

8. Do you have an actual store where I can visit?

We don’t have a walk-in retail store. We only exist online, you can stay in touch with us on Instagram, mails and Facebook.

9. Sold-out product – when will it be in stock again?

Our website is updated daily. Check the Restock collection once in a week and you may get the desired product back in stock.

10. Do you do personalized Jewelry?

We handpick Jewelry from manufacturers from all over India, we do not manufacture them. Hence, we don’t do personalized Jewelry.

11. Will someone call me before delivering my order?

Yes, we will ensure someone calls you before delivering your order, thereby ensuring you are at home to receive it. In the event that you are not at home to receive your order, we will intimate you via SMS and email.

12. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide and delivery cost is INR 3000/-.
